• Ensure all merchandise is correctly labeled and priced, adhering to company procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, signing, flagging, and labeling.
• Follow food safety, handling, sanitation, and cleaning protocols to preserve a safe and hygienic workspace.
• Stock shelves thoroughly, execute downstocking when necessary, apply product protection measures, and complete setups for modular displays including flex modulars and new shelf caps.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet operational needs.

Challenges Associated with the Role

• Manage high task volumes efficiently in a fast-moving environment, including overnight shifts, by planning and maintaining energy and focus.
• Carry out physically demanding tasks such as prolonged standing, bending, lifting items from 20 to occasionally 50 pounds, and repetitive stocking, zoning, and organizing with attention to detail.

Compensation

The hourly wage for this role begins at $16.15 per hour.
