Company and Team Overview
Alternative Heat Ltd is seeking a General Operative to join the Contracts department based at their head office in Banbridge. This department manages the full project lifecycle, coordinating between design, commercial, and on-site teams to ensure contractual requirements are fulfilled with emphasis on quality, safety, and efficient delivery.
Role Summary
As part of ongoing expansion, the company requires a General Operative to assist and support growing teams within the operations segment.
Working Hours and Location
The role is full-time and stationed at the head office in Banbridge, Northern Ireland. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Key Duties
- Assist the Fabrication and Assembly team in daily tasks.
- Receive training to operate the Saw and Beveller machines to provide cover during staff absence.
- Support activities within the Material Preparation area.
Additional Information
This position reports directly to the Site Supervisor. The salary offered is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience. The application deadline is 26 August 2026.
