Team Overview

The Contracts department at Alternative Heat manages the end-to-end delivery of projects, coordinating between design, commercial, and onsite teams. Their focus is on meeting contractual obligations while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency throughout project completion.

Role Summary

As part of the company's expansion, a General Labourer is sought to join the team at the Mallusk M&A Facility. The role supports manufacturing, assembly, and facility operations with a variety of duties performed under the supervision of the Site Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist manufacturing and assembly teams with daily tasks.
• Assemble modular frames as required.
• Install equipment within frames and modular units.
• Perform heat wrapping and package modules for dispatch.
• Load and unload deliveries efficiently.
• Operate engineering equipment, including hand and power tools.
• Prepare materials for fabrication within the facility.
• Carry out maintenance and general housekeeping duties.
• Consistently follow all health and safety policies.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Working Hours and Location

The position is based at Mallusk, with working hours from Monday to Thursday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Compensation

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
