The General Manager will oversee the operations of a profitable restaurant, ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards for Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This leadership position involves working with your own leader to establish the restaurant's goals and devising strategies to achieve them.
Leadership and Team Management
The General Manager supervises a team of Department Managers by assisting with their goal setting, monitoring their progress, and providing coaching to enhance departmental performance. This management role also includes responsibilities for recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a competent leadership team for the future.
Candidate Profile
Ideal applicants will have prior experience as a General Manager at high-volume locations, preferably within quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail sectors. Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this managerial position in corporate-owned establishments.
