About the Role
As a General Manager at this McDonald's franchise in Rock Hill, SC, you will be responsible for leading the entire restaurant operations to ensure profitability and adherence to McDonald’s high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. This role involves setting and achieving business goals in collaboration with leadership, managing a team of Department Managers, and overseeing daily restaurant functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate the restaurant to meet financial and operational goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop Department Managers to enhance their performance and departmental functions.
- Support Department Managers in setting and achieving their individual goals.
- Recruit, hire, and train Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership team.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate possesses prior experience as a General Manager, preferably in a high-volume quick service restaurant, hospitality, or retail environment. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this leadership role.
