Overview
Join a high-energy team leading a fast-paced quick service restaurant focused on delivering excellent food and memorable customer experiences. As a General Manager, you'll guide a motivated team, manage restaurant operations, and uphold the brand's standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities
- Oversee profitability and daily operations of the restaurant ensuring all critical standards are met.
- Collaborate with leadership to establish achievable goals and develop strategic plans to reach them.
- Lead and support Department Managers, helping them set objectives, track progress, and enhance team performance through coaching and guidance.
- Manage hiring and development of Department and Shift Managers to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a General Manager, preferably managing high-volume quick service restaurants or similar environments like hospitality or retail.
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold a management position in corporate-owned restaurants.
- Must be willing to perform a variety of daily tasks essential to restaurant operations beyond listed responsibilities.
