Job Overview

We are actively seeking a full-time Dishwasher to join our team at RAI Reynolds Cuisines located at 401 North Main Street, Winston Salem, NC. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of kitchenware, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and orderly environment.

Work Schedule and Location

The position requires a full-time commitment, working Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Applications are accepted online only.

Primary Responsibilities

• Remove food residue from dishes and utensils, performing washing by hand or using assigned dishwashing machines, ensuring thorough sanitation.
• Clean pots, pans, and trays according to prescribed procedures maintaining hygienic standards.
• Polish silverware using machines or manual methods as per equipment guidelines to achieve complete cleanliness.
• Follow established safety protocols rigorously.
• Monitor and maintain appropriate temperatures and chemical levels as per operational standards.
• Keep dishwashing and surrounding areas tidy and compliant with safety regulations.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors regularly to uphold sanitation standards.
• Clean various food prep surfaces including worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Properly dispose of trash into designated bins and sanitize garbage containers as required.
• Assist in transferring supplies and equipment between storage and work zones.
• Aid in loading and unloading supplies and products as needed.
• Perform any additional duties assigned to support kitchen operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in dishwashing is mandatory.

Compensation

Hourly pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.00.
