Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by keeping bakery shelves replenished and responding thoughtfully to shopper inquiries.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing product displays in alignment with company standards.
• Ensure accurate scanning of products at checkout and assist in monitoring inventory to support timely ordering.
• Implement store promotions and programs as directed by management.
• Keep bakery department areas clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Experience & Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; all required training will be provided.
• Flexibility to work a mix of shifts including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active throughout the entire shift.

Compensation and Union Information

This is a unionized role with a starting wage ranging from $17.60 to $18.45 per hour. Pay scales are determined by the collective bargaining agreement.
