Role Overview
We are seeking talented Full-Stack Software Engineers to contribute to Superhuman’s expansive product offerings. In this role, you will engage with both front-end and back-end systems, developing scalable infrastructure and features that impact millions daily. You will enjoy a hybrid work environment blending focused solo work with collaborative team interactions that foster innovation and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy software quickly, with a goal to release meaningful features within the first months.
- Maintain and build backend services with high usage demands while designing engaging front-end user interfaces.
- Ensure high system availability and reliability for both consumer and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate across multiple internal divisions including Core, Growth, Enterprise, Trust, and Data teams to enhance customer offerings.
- Promote an engineering culture focused on impactful outcomes and continuous improvement.
- Assess existing architectures and recommend scalable technical solutions for future needs.
- Guide and mentor newly onboarded engineers to facilitate their integration and growth.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of three years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles, algorithm design, and data structures.
- Strong analytical skills to address challenges affecting over 40 million active users.
- Focused on creating user-centric solutions with a priority on impactful results.
- Experience managing, debugging, and deploying production-scale systems.
- Demonstrates resilience when confronting technical difficulties.
- Independent and proactive in handling multiple projects, with the capability to effectively collaborate in fast-paced environments.
