About the Role
This FP&A Analyst position is dedicated to delivering financial planning and analysis support to enhance decision-making throughout the UK operations. The successful candidate will analyse financial information, develop comprehensive reports, and collaborate closely with key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed financial reports and forecasts to guide business planning.
- Examine financial data to detect trends and assist in strategic decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting and data presentation.
- Track and report on essential KPIs to measure business performance.
- Offer financial insights and propose recommendations to optimize financial processes and controls.
- Contribute to the budgeting cycle and perform variance analyses.
- Undertake additional financial analyses as requested to support business needs.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Educational background in accounting, finance, or a related field, preferably holding a CIMA or ACCA credential or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong capability in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience with financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
- Proactive mindset focused on continuous process enhancements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges between £70,000 and £75,000 per year, adjusted based on experience level.
