Financial Analyst

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst with a background in finance, accounting, or economics and 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or project finance specifically within the contracting or construction sectors.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance and develop budgets and forecasts
• Track and monitor project costs closely
• Support preparation of financial reports
• Assist management in making informed financial decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or project finance within contracting or construction industries
• Familiarity with contracting operations including project costing, budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control processes
• Strong expertise in financial analysis and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working in contracting or construction companies
• Understanding of project accounting principles
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Power BI software
