Overview
Morgan McKinley is collaborating with a client in Singapore to recruit a Finance Analyst Lead for their finance division. This role is ideal for an experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) specialist who excels at partnering with business, operations, and commercial teams to enhance performance and strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly planning cycles, and continuous rolling forecasts.
- Conduct FP&A activities including scenario modelling and sensitivity analyses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external clients on financial and commercial issues.
- Analyze business performance focusing on key drivers, risks, and potential growth opportunities.
- Assist in pricing analysis, preparing business cases, managing RFPs, and contract renewals.
- Generate management reports and translate complex financial data into actionable business insights.
- Champion process improvements and automation initiatives within finance and reporting functions.
Requirements
- At least five years of pertinent FP&A experience.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and enhancing finance process automation.
- Advanced skills in Excel and financial data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and adept at managing stakeholder relationships confidently.
