Job Overview

Essencea Infoserv Pvt Ltd is hiring Field Sales Executives for its Hyderabad office. The role involves directly engaging with customers to promote and explain the sales process effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly communicate with customers to raise awareness about the sales process and products.
• Daily requirement to record attendance by logging in and out at the office.
• Operate a motorcycle for field visits; possessing a valid driving license and vehicle registration certificate is mandatory.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates should have completed graduation with at least 3 months to 1 year of experience in sales, preferably field or outbound sales; freshers are also welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and persuasive skills, with outbound calling experience considered a plus.
• Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi or English and Telugu languages is required.
• Age range from 19 to 29 years.
• Educational qualification: Intermediate, 10th pass, or graduation with no backlogs.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹21,000 to ₹25,000 net in hand.
• Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
• Additional monthly incentives based on performance.
• Petrol allowance to support commuting expenses.

Additional Note

Applicants must have valid driving credentials and be prepared to commute daily to the Hyderabad office.
