Field Recruiter

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and target-oriented Field Recruiter to join our recruitment team focused on last-mile logistics. The role entails sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners including riders and drivers from local communities and markets, ensuring a robust pipeline to support our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in ground-level sourcing by visiting community hotspots, vehicle stands, local markets, and other areas to identify prospective delivery drivers.
• Perform initial interviews on-site to assess candidate eligibility based on possession of a driving license, ownership of a vehicle, smartphone literacy, and familiarity with local routes.
• Manage onboarding by collecting and validating critical KYC documents such as Aadhaar, Driving License, Registration Certificate, and Bank Details, and guide candidates through account registration procedures.
• Consistently achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets for active candidates and successfully onboarded personnel.
• Maintain follow-up communication with new hires during their first two weeks to facilitate integration and reduce early dropouts.
• Keep detailed records of daily field activities, candidate leads, and onboarding progress for reporting to management.
