About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Recruiter to enhance our talent acquisition efforts by focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding delivery partners, riders, and drivers within local communities. This role is essential for establishing a consistent flow of delivery personnel to support our last-mile logistics operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in ground-level sourcing by visiting local community hubs, markets, vehicle stands, and other gathering points to identify potential delivery drivers.
• Perform immediate screening interviews to assess candidates’ eligibility, including verification of driving license validity, vehicle possession, smartphone usage capability, and familiarity with local areas.
• Manage the onboarding process by collecting and authenticating necessary KYC documents such as Aadhaar cards, driving licenses, vehicle registration certificates, and bank details, guiding candidates through setting up their accounts.
• Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets by sourcing and successfully onboarding delivery personnel.
• Ensure retention by maintaining communication with newly onboarded drivers during their initial two weeks to encourage active participation and reduce dropout rates.
• Keep detailed records of field activities, candidate leads, onboarding status, and provide regular reports for supervisory oversight.
