Job Description

We seek highly motivated, energetic engineers eager to work in a dynamic, high-tech semiconductor environment. This role demands autonomous project leadership in a fast-paced, high-pressure context, where candidates are empowered to take ownership and drive progress independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide applications development support for KLA products, following established procedures.
• Create field use cases, characterize new products and features, and demonstrate their metrology relevance to customer yield concerns.
• Deliver technical field support for developing and implementing customer applications related to KLA products.
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations covering complex product aspects and evaluate applications to fulfill customer requirements; generate comprehensive product specifications.
• Work towards tool and algorithm performance characterization, offering constructive feedback to Engineering teams for continual product enhancement.
• Analyze customer requirements swiftly, applying strong technical skills, including data analysis and processing, statistical techniques, root cause analysis, and problem-solving to address customer challenges effectively.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or a closely related discipline.
• Practical knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes is preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with strong teamwork skills to excel in a dynamic setting.
• Demonstrated persistence and dedication to resolving critical customer issues.
