Job description
Position Overview
Join Honeywell Technologies in Darwin, Northern Territory as a Facility Coordinator where you'll play a crucial role in supporting and managing facility maintenance and operations. This position focuses on delivering extensive handyman services and managing all maintenance activities to keep the facility safe, fully operational, and visually appealing at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and complete diverse general maintenance jobs safely and effectively across the Darwin site.
- Coordinate reactive, planned, and corrective maintenance and repairs by engaging, scheduling, and supervising subcontractors to ensure work is completed promptly.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of maintenance work orders to maintain contractual compliance, meet key performance indicators, and uphold documentation standards.
- Generate and distribute operational reports to track contract compliance, service delivery, and performance trends.
- Ensure all customer compliance mandates including site procedures, safety standards, and reporting requirements are consistently met.
Required Qualifications
- Over 5 years of experience in coordination or trade roles, with emphasis on site coordination.
- Strong administrative abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional staff to meet operational targets and deadlines.
