Key Responsibilities

• Facilitating connections between job seekers and suitable job opportunities.
• Identifying and sourcing candidates for open positions.
• Generating new business, managing existing client accounts, and building strong client relationships.
• Enhancing sales and negotiation proficiency.
• Presenting proposals, negotiating, and finalizing terms of business agreements.

Candidate Profile

• Motivated to pursue a career in sales.

• Preferably has prior experience in sales-oriented roles.
