Key Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse client base, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to rapidly expanding start-ups, understanding their talent needs and establishing yourself as their essential recruitment partner.
- Identify, approach, and connect with exceptional mid-to-senior and executive-level candidates through proactive outreach and genuine relationship-building.
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and providing ongoing support post-placement to satisfy both client and candidate.
- Utilize advanced technology and data analytics to enhance your recruitment approach, track industry trends, and improve outreach efficiency while applying personal expertise and relationship skills to achieve success.
