Role Overview
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer plays a critical role in shaping Decagon's AI-powered products for enterprises. Positioned at the nexus of pre-sales engineering, product strategy, and enterprise architecture, this role acts as a trusted technical consultant to prospects and customers, facilitating value-driven integration of Decagon's AI-native platform within complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify AI solutions ensuring significant ROI for clients.
- Architect and design generative AI experiences tailored for end-user applications.
- Build customized demonstrations utilizing Decagon's platform aligned to customers' precise business needs.
- Effectively communicate intricate technical information to varied stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to engineers.
- Exhibit strong teamwork and interpersonal capabilities.
- Possess a practical understanding of go-to-market systems and business workflows.
Candidate Profile
- 4 to 6 years experience in customer-facing sales engineering or pre-sales technical roles.
- Desirable: over two years' experience specifically within AI sales engineering.
