Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to oversee all aspects of electrical wiring, maintenance, and testing within our machinery operations at Steamtech Innovative Machinery Private Limited in Rajkot, Gujarat. This role involves supervision, testing, fault resolution, data management, and procurement related to electrical components and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise various wiring activities, ensuring accuracy and logical consistency of panel board wiring.
- Inspect and test incoming heaters and blowers; communicate findings to management and record AMP measurements.
- Identify and resolve electrical faults across all machinery promptly.
- Manage installation and wiring of motors and sensors, particularly in damper systems.
- Regularly check motor performance, maintain serial-numbered reports and provide updates to the head.
- Maintain inventory of essential electrical components and verify incoming electrical items against purchase orders, reporting discrepancies.
- Conduct trolley wiring and maintain comprehensive, party-specific panel board wiring diagrams in both physical and digital formats.
- Generate warranty documentation for all electrical equipment in use.
- Handle wiring and inspection of chamber heaters and upkeep of electrical parts utilized in machinery.
- Coordinate with leadership regarding updates to panels or machinery; obtain necessary approvals.
- Update and manage Excel spreadsheets for panel board and blower testing, as well as electrical material inquiries and procurements.
- Create daily task lists to organize workflow and priorities.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in electrical wiring, testing, and maintenance within machinery or industrial settings.
- Proficiency in performing and supervising panel board wiring logic and testing procedures.
- Basic skills in preparing detailed reports and handling Excel documentation.
- Strong inventory management and procurement capabilities with attention to detail.
- Capable of handling fault analysis and electrical components maintenance.
Compensation
The offered monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 and ₹30,000.
