Job description
Role Overview
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the complete electrical aspects of machinery including design, wiring, assembly, testing, and installation. The role also involves troubleshooting, servicing, and supporting equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical design processes and coordinate panel wiring and machine assembly operations.
- Conduct testing, commissioning, installation, and provide ongoing troubleshooting for electrical systems.
- Address electrical breakdowns and respond to service complaints promptly.
- Diagnose issues related to PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors, motors, relays, power supplies, and control systems.
- Deliver technical support remotely when feasible and collaborate with the service team during site visits.
- Document service activities by preparing detailed reports following each visit.
- Analyze recurring electrical faults and propose long-term corrective measures.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in electrical design and maintenance of automated machinery.
- Strong diagnostic skills for PLCs, control systems, and associated electromechanical components.
- Capability to provide remote and onsite technical support effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to prepare comprehensive service reports and coordinate with team members.
Compensation
The role offers a monthly salary ranging from INR 35,000 to INR 45,000.
