Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary guest liaison available round-the-clock, ensuring all guests' needs and requests are met promptly.
• Oversee all night-time guest arrivals and make certain reservations are honored or any issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage VIP room inspections upon arrivals and departures to maintain high service standards.
• Address any guest satisfaction concerns and ensure timely follow-up actions are completed.
• Perform night audit procedures in compliance with resort standards for the night manager role.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to submit cleaning and maintenance requests as necessary.
• Keep team members well-informed about all hotel products and services, including accommodation types, pricing, amenities, dining outlets, spa, and health club offerings.
