The Enabling Services group supports this mission by delivering strategic and operational functions, including IT, financial management, governance, and organisational strategy.
About the Role
We are seeking a committed Desktop Analyst to join our Enabling Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is primarily remote and requires delivering both desk-side and remote technical support.
- Provide remote and on-site assistance to users by troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and system-related technical problems.
- Support the Service Desk by offering backup services to ensure smooth customer interactions.
- Handle setup, maintenance, and support for desktops, mobile devices, and telephony equipment.
- Serve as an escalation point for complex incidents and service requests, ensuring resolutions within set service level agreements.
- Participate in system security tasks, update documentation, and engage in project or change management activities.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a tertiary IT qualification or have equivalent professional experience.
- Have over three years of experience providing IT support, particularly with Windows OS, Microsoft Office suites, and backend systems.
- Proficient in managing Active Directory, SCCM, wireless networks, and LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-oriented mindset.
- Exhibit excellent communication and organizational skills, thriving in collaborative team settings.
- ITIL certification and experience with mobile device configuration, Avaya VOIP telephony, and audio/video conferencing technologies are advantageous.
