Role Overview

We seek a Delivery Program Manager who focuses on results, managing intricate, cross-functional projects from conception to outcome. The role involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business leaders in R&D to clarify ambiguous strategies, remove obstacles, and ensure value realization. Success is defined by actual business and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full lifecycle management of complex programs, including scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and value assumptions.
  • Convert product and business goals into precise, actionable plans with defined success metrics.
  • Identify and track expected outcomes and success indicators alongside Product and Business stakeholders.
  • Monitor adoption, impact, and realized business value post-launch; identify gaps and initiate corrective measures.
  • Coordinate among Product and Engineering departments, manage dependencies and program planning activities.
  • Create clarity amid ambiguity and foster momentum when encountering friction.
  • Implement effective governance and risk escalation procedures with available resolution options.
  • Provide succinct, outcome-focused status reports to senior leadership.
  • Identify systemic delivery and value realization challenges, contribute to improving standards and procedures, and integrate AI tools into coordination and reporting.

Success Metrics

  • Timely delivery of programs aligned with defined business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated post-release value realization including user adoption, impact, and return on investment.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration between Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
  • Early identification and resolution of risks and dependencies.
  • Active contribution to the maturity of the Agile Program Management Office (APMO) and best practices.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum five years of experience managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end, including tracking results after delivery.
  • Expertise delivering at scale with ability to adapt frameworks as needed.
  • Established partnerships with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Deep understanding of how product delivery impacts customer outcomes and business metrics.
  • Committed to ensuring outcomes rather than just task completion; skilled at managing stakeholder expectations and constructive challenges.
  • Proficient in agile and hybrid project management methodologies; capable of clear, structured communication guided by influence.

Essential Characteristics

  • Focus on outcomes, prioritizing meaningful impact over mere activities.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity by creating structure proactively.
  • Collaborative approach with confidence to intervene when delivery misaligns with value.
  • Strong inclination toward action, experimentation, and continuous process enhancement.

Additional Advantageous Experience

  • Background in Software as a Service (SaaS) or enterprise software sectors.
  • Familiarity with frameworks for tracking value and outcomes.
  • Proven success in evolving organizational norms and standards.
