Role Overview

Operating from our Gympie Trade Counter, this role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including transporting products to customers, delivering exceptional service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and supporting daily functions to ensure smooth warehouse and trade counter operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Transporting parts and products to clients utilizing a company vehicle.
• Engaging in pick packing and managing stock control procedures.
• Maintaining cleanliness and ensuring safety in the warehouse and branch environment.
• Providing knowledgeable customer service and product information.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in delivery driving, customer service, or retail environments with a customer-focused approach both face-to-face and via phone.
• Ability to accurately pick orders, maintain shop floor presentation, and provide correct product details.
• Competency with computer use and eagerness to adapt to new technological systems.
• Possession of a valid, clean driver’s license and flexibility to work different shifts including weekends.
• Ambition to grow professionally either locally or within the broader Reece network or corporate office.
