Role Overview
Join our Trade Counter team in Bunbury to assist landscapers, irrigation experts, and other professionals in obtaining essential outdoor maintenance products, while also managing routine tasks to ensure smooth branch operations.
Key Daily Activities
- Deliver excellent customer service by providing product knowledge and information.
- Prepare and offer price quotes both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Perform order picking, packing, and oversee stock control processes.
- Maintain branch cleanliness and a safe environment.
- Occasionally deliver products to customers using a company vehicle.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for assisting customers in-person and remotely.
- Competence in order picking, managing store displays, and ensuring accurate customer information.
- Comfortable with technology and eager to learn new systems.
- Possess a clean, valid driver's license and willingness to work varied shifts including weekends.
- Aspirations to grow professionally within the local branch, wider company network, or corporate offices.
