Overview
Blinkit is seeking dependable, responsible, and diligent Delivery Riders to join their nationwide delivery team. Successful candidates will handle grocery and daily essential deliveries from designated Blinkit stores and ensure timely and safe delivery to customers across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores.
- Deliver grocery and daily essentials securely and punctually.
- Handle items carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
- Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App and GPS for managing orders and navigation.
- Collect payments from customers when necessary.
- Update delivery status through the mobile app promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain courteous and professional communication with customers.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Ownership of a personal bike or scooter.
- Possession of an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- A responsible and punctual approach to work.
- Submission of necessary documentation: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, bank account information, and passport-size photograph.
Additional Information
This opportunity covers hiring across all locations in India (PAN India). The monthly salary ranges from ₹50,000 to ₹70,000 with additional potential incentives up to ₹20,000, allowing total monthly earnings of up to ₹90,000. Compensation varies based on geographical location, working hours, number of deliveries, employee performance, and company policies. Both full-time and flexible work arrangements are available.
