Role Overview

Blinkit is recruiting dependable and diligent Delivery Riders across India to efficiently handle grocery and daily-essential orders. The recruited personnel will be tasked with collecting orders from allocated Blinkit Dark Stores and ensuring their secure and punctual delivery to customers.

Core Duties

• Retrieve orders from designated Blinkit Dark Stores.
• Assure safe and timely delivery of groceries and essential products.
• Handle items with utmost care to prevent any damage or spillage.
• Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App along with GPS navigation for managing orders.
• Collect customer payments where applicable.
• Update delivery progress status via the app promptly.
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
• Maintain courteous and professional communication with all customers.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ownership of a personal bike or scooter is mandatory.
• Possess an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
• Exhibit responsibility and punctuality consistently.

• Passport-size Photograph

Job Location

Hiring is open across all locations in India (PAN India).

Compensation Package

Basic monthly salary ranges between ₹25,000 to ₹40,000, with additional incentives up to ₹10,000, resulting in a total earning potential of up to ₹50,000 monthly. Depending on factors such as location, working hours, delivery volume, performance metrics, and applicable company policies, salaries and incentives may fluctuate.
