Blinkit Private Limited is recruiting dependable and diligent Delivery Riders across India. The role involves collecting grocery and daily essential items from designated Blinkit stores and ensuring their prompt and secure delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect grocery orders from assigned Blinkit Dark Stores.
- Deliver the items securely and punctually to customers.
- Handle goods carefully to avoid damage or spillage.
- Utilize the Blinkit Delivery App and GPS for managing orders and navigation.
- Collect payments from customers if necessary.
- Update delivery status regularly through the mobile application.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company safety protocols.
- Maintain courteous and professional interactions with customers.
Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Own a bike or scooter for deliveries.
- Possess an Android smartphone with internet connectivity.
- Exhibit responsibility and punctuality.
- Submit necessary documents: Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account details, and a passport-sized photograph.
Compensation and Work Details
The position offers a base salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 monthly with additional incentives up to ₹10,000, resulting in total possible earnings up to ₹50,000 per month. Salary and incentives vary by location, working hours, delivery volume, performance, and company policy. Flexible full-time work opportunities are available across India.
