Job Overview

This role involves collecting customer orders, including groceries and daily essentials, from warehouses or stores and delivering them directly to customers' homes. A key responsibility is ensuring prompt delivery, typically within 10 to 20 minutes, while maintaining courteous communication with customers. All orders are managed through the app, where the delivery person accepts assignments and updates delivery status.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available for part-time or full-time work
• Full-time work requires about 8 to 10 hours daily
• Peak delivery times are during morning and evening hours

Compensation

• Monthly income ranges approximately from ₹45,000 to ₹80,000, influenced by location and order volume
• Earnings include per-order payment, incentives, and customer tips
• The more deliveries completed, the higher the earning potential

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum education requirement is completion of 10th grade
• Must own a smartphone with internet access
• Identification documents required: both sides of Aadhaar card and one selfie photograph
