Picker / Packer

About the Role

Blinkit Private Limited is seeking motivated and diligent Picker and Packer associates for its Dark Store operations in Pune, Maharashtra. The candidates will be accountable for precisely selecting products according to customer purchase requests, packing them carefully for shipment, and contributing to the warehouse's daily functions to ensure efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick items corresponding to customer orders.
• Securely and efficiently pack products to prepare them for dispatch.
• Help with the placement and organization of incoming stock.
• Conduct item inspections and stock verifications to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assist in loading and unloading of shipments.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Adhere strictly to company operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the warehouse team to meet order fulfillment timelines.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Minimum educational qualification of 10th standard pass.
• Open to both freshers and candidates with prior experience.
• Possess basic communication and cooperative teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work according to rotational shift schedules.
• Physically capable of managing warehouse duties.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly remuneration between ₹17,000 and ₹22,000 depending on location.
• Joining bonus of up to ₹5,000.
