Role Overview

As a Data Scientist Manager focused on Agentic and Predictive Intelligence, you will collaborate with experts in data science, machine learning, and engineering to develop transformative AI solutions. Projects include generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation, advancing how organizations use AI to address complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and assess predictive and generative AI models utilizing Python and cloud-based ML platforms.
• Develop features and manage data pipelines in close partnership with engineering teams, using Spark and Azure Data Factory.
• Integrate AI models for agentic applications including recommendation systems, classification, forecasting, and decision support tools.
• Apply large language models (LLMs) for data augmentation, summarization, and enhancing contextual reasoning.
• Present findings clearly through data visualizations and reports to stakeholders, using tools such as Power BI.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in data science or applied machine learning roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL, with expertise in ML libraries like scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
• Proficiency with data preparation, model development, and performance evaluation on platforms such as Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with large language models and embedding techniques applied to agentic AI solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with LangChain or LangGraph frameworks and hybrid AI architectures combining predictive and generative approaches.
• Knowledge of explainability methods, bias detection, and responsible AI implementation.
• Consulting background with the ability to translate analytical insights into measurable business impact.
