Role Overview

The Data Insight Analyst will be responsible for designing, building, and refining customer communication strategies that are rooted in data analysis across key portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute data-driven customer communication initiatives using SQL, SAS, and comparable technologies.
• Interpret marketing and product requirements into structured technical campaign builds, segmentation rules, and appropriate data frameworks.
• Analyze campaign outcomes before and after execution, identify critical influencing factors, and suggest methods for improvement.
• Develop comprehensive analytical tools, reporting systems, and dashboards aimed at monitoring campaign performance and driving enhancements.
• Engage collaboratively within agile teams to ensure communications are compliant, scalable, and personalized across multiple channels.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in SQL and SAS focused on data analysis, campaign creation, and data handling.
• Experience with large dataset analysis resulting in actionable insights and the development of analytical products.
• Background in data-driven marketing, customer relationship management, or customer analytics, with preference for experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication along with advanced capabilities in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Structured approach to problem solving, exceptional attention to detail, and dedication to producing high-quality deliverables.
• This is a permanent fixed-term role until June 2028, with the possibility of extension.
