  • Utilize knowledge of power and cooling for both air-cooled and liquid-cooled servers to enhance operations and assist in capacity planning.
  • Coordinate maintenance and system shutdowns with relevant stakeholders to sustain service reliability and uptime.
  • Compile monthly reports detailing overall data centre health and performance.
  • Identify potential safety and health hazards within the workplace.
  • Conduct visual inspections of servers and cooling units and collaborate with remote engineers for server troubleshooting.

Candidate Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or closely related fields.
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centres, including fire safety, building management, equipment upkeep, and spatial planning.
  • Experience operating and maintaining data centre electrical and mechanical infrastructure.
  • Capability to work autonomously and in team settings.
  • Organized, flexible, and adaptable to shifting operational demands and schedules.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop expertise in GPU-focused and critical data centre technologies.
