Data Associate - Alexa Shopping Operations

About the Role

The Alexa Shopping Operations team aims to be the foremost authority in data generation and annotation. Collaborating closely with various shopping feature teams, this group focuses on enhancing customer experience (CX) through improved quality across shopping functionalities, devices, and locales globally. The primary mission involves annotating data to train and measure Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Large Language Models (LLMs), enabling Amazon to deliver an outstanding shopping journey worldwide. This team is committed to equipping Amazon's LLMs via Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) across multiple categories swiftly and effectively, providing end-to-end data lifecycle solutions using advanced technology combined with operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently process annotation and data analysis tasks in a high-velocity environment with strict quality standards.
• Meet and exceed assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, turnaround times, and quality benchmarks.
• Execute mostly repetitive tasks that require consistent judgment aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Engage in team-driven initiatives to continually enhance processing efficiency and data quality.

Minimum Qualifications

• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and related applications.
