Role Overview

This position focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to French and English speaking clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Promptly and professionally manage inbound communications—calls and emails—from French and English speaking customers regarding their transactions and needs.
• Listen attentively, empathize with concerns, and provide effective solutions bilingually.
• Cultivate and sustain trust-based relationships with customers and colleagues in French and English.
• Employ company software efficiently to assist clients and keep precise records.
• Meet departmental objectives and consistently provide high-quality customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
• Fluent in both French and English languages.
• At least one year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Proficient with MS Office applications and internet usage.
• Adaptable to flexible work schedules and evolving priorities.
• Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
