Job description
About Slice
Slice was founded on the principle that independent local pizzerias should benefit from the same advantages as major franchises, without losing their autonomy. Originating with the founder's family pizzerias, we now enable tens of thousands of restaurants to thrive by providing the technology, services, and collective strength needed to better connect with digital customers and grow successful businesses.

You will manage inbound and outbound phone communications, handle phone orders, resolve common support issues, and ensure detailed, accurate documentation within Slice's systems.
The role requires delivering quick, dependable, and high-quality customer service while assisting partner operations with precision and efficiency. You will manage support interactions during peak times, maintaining high accuracy with order handling and documentation, including notes, tagging, and outcomes. Collaborating with peers, team leaders, and senior members will ensure a consistent approach across the team. This full-time onsite position involves 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts scheduled between 4 PM and 7 AM.

- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and effective in a busy contact center setting
- Capable of multitasking and prioritizing in fast-paced environments

- Paid training from the start, ensuring success through on-the-job development
- Wellbeing program including a dedicated stipend to support mental and physical health
- Opportunities for career growth through learning and development initiatives
- Employee referral rewards to support team expansion
- Competitive base salary supplemented by night shift differentials and additional payments
Recruitment Process
