Overview
G Spa Travel S.A.S. seeks a Customer Care Representative to join its remote team supporting workflows in Canada. This role integrates customer relationship management (CRM), case handling, and communication with customers to ensure clear tracking of exceptions, status updates, and decision accountability throughout each case from initiation to handoff.
Primary Duties
- Manage customer care tasks within the Canadian workflow by utilizing CRM, service recovery processes, and diligent follow-up to keep exception tracking transparent and consistent.
- Examine incoming case information carefully through case and queue management techniques to identify incomplete or inconsistent elements before progressing further in the workflow.
- Maintain continuous oversight by tracking open tasks using customer communication tools and well-documented service representation that highlights ownership, deadlines, and status updates.
- Record decisions and case handoffs accurately to enable seamless continuation by colleagues without requiring reconstruction of prior actions or information.
- Leverage queue management and CRM tools to uphold quality standards, escalating any records lacking clear traceability of decision-making when necessary.
Performance Criteria
A successful candidate demonstrates strong documentation and communication skills focused on customer care and service recovery within the specified workflow, ensuring all unresolved issues are assigned and completed tasks are backed by verifiable evidence.
