About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill in Gastonia, NC, as a Crew Member and become part of our mission to transform fast food into a better, more responsible dining experience. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Participate in training programs to build skills and advance within the company.
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness and eagerness to learn cooking and food preparation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
