Key Responsibilities
Each team member contributes to creating an inviting atmosphere and upholding outstanding customer service standards. You will prepare food fresh daily, servicing customers efficiently while learning and growing within the restaurant.
Candidate Requirements
- A friendly and positive demeanor
- Strong passion for assisting customers and collaborating with team members
- Eagerness to master cooking skills and restaurant operations
- Minimum age of 16 years
- Proficiency in the primary language spoken at the workplace
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranging from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, with eligibility for digital tips
- Full tuition assistance (100% coverage for certain degrees or up to $5,250 annually)
