Role Overview
Joining as a Crew Member means becoming part of a team that prepares fresh food daily without using freezers or microwaves. Chipotle provides comprehensive training to help you confidently work at all stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Many start here and advance to managerial roles, reflecting clear pathways for growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to create a welcoming and friendly environment
- Prepare food items by hand adhering to company standards and procedures
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, and prep areas effectively
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the workplace
Candidate Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and customers
- Passion for providing excellent service and teamwork
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques and all restaurant roles
- Ability to communicate proficiently in the primary language of the worksite
Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay ranging from $20 to $21 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips
- 100% tuition coverage for select degree programs or up to $5,250 annually
