About the Role
Join Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Crew Member and be part of transforming the fast-food landscape by delivering freshly prepared, high-quality meals in a welcoming environment. We're dedicated to preparing each meal by hand daily without shortcuts such as microwaves or freezers. This position offers comprehensive training to ensure confidence in multiple stations like grilling, cashiering, food prep, salsa making, and order expo.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food using fresh ingredients according to Chipotle's standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service to create a positive atmosphere for guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Requirements
- Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for serving others, both customers and fellow team members.
- Eagerness to learn extensive food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.
