Role Overview
Join Chipotle as a Crew Member where you'll help create an exceptional dining experience through real food prepared by hand in a fast-casual environment. Crew Members work across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo, supported by comprehensive training and a path for career advancement.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items by hand following Chipotle's recipes and standards without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Operate different stations such as cashier, grill, prep, salsa, and expo efficiently.
- Participate in training programs to gain confidence across various restaurant functions.
Requirements
- Exhibit a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Demonstrate passion for assisting customers and supporting team members.
- Eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills.
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Possess effective communication abilities in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
