Role Overview

As a Crew Member, you will help transform the fast food dining experience by preparing food fresh daily by hand, with no microwaves or freezers, and providing outstanding customer service. This position offers extensive training across multiple stations like grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. It’s open to those with varied prior roles or even no experience, seeking passionate, enthusiastic people eager to learn and contribute.

What You Will Do

• Prepare food fresh by hand each day without using microwaves, freezers, or can openers.
• Engage with customers by creating a warm, friendly atmosphere that enhances their dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with team members across all restaurant stations including grilling, cash handling, food prep, and order expediting.
• Uphold Chipotle’s high standards for food quality and customer service.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a friendly, enthusiastic demeanor.
• Show a genuine passion for serving and helping both customers and teammates.
• Have a strong desire to learn extensive cooking and food preparation skills.
• Be at least 16 years old.
• Be able to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work location.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.00, plus eligibility for digital tips.
• Full tuition assistance covering 100% for select degrees or up to $5,250 per year.
