The Role
Join Chipotle's team as a Crew Member and be part of a workplace that values real food preparation with no freezers or microwaves. Crew Members receive thorough training to work confidently in various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. The position focuses heavily on delivering excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food manually daily adhering to Chipotle’s quality standards.
- Operate various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Create a friendly, hospitable atmosphere for customers through exceptional service.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain workflow and restaurant cleanliness.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Possess a warm and enthusiastic attitude.
- Have a passion for supporting and serving both customers and colleagues.
- Strong desire to learn extensive cooking skills on the job.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the work site.
