Role Overview

Join our team as a Crew Member where you'll engage in preparing fresh food daily using no freezers or microwaves, mastering various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. This entry-level role offers comprehensive training and a clear progression path, with over 80% of managers promoted from within the crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food with care and attention to quality and safety.
• Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, salad prep, salsa, and food expo.
• Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
• Contribute to a welcoming and positive restaurant environment.
• Support team members and collaborate effectively to maintain smooth operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Express a genuine enthusiasm and friendly demeanor towards customers and coworkers.
• Be passionate about assisting others and providing excellent service.
• Motivated to learn and develop cooking skills extensively.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to effectively communicate in the primary language(s) used at the workplace.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base pay ranging from $20.00 to $21.00 per hour, plus eligibility for digital tips.
