Job Overview
As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for hand-preparing real food daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers. Your role involves working at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. Your energetic and friendly approach will help create a pleasant atmosphere that customers enjoy. This role welcomes individuals with various food service or customer service backgrounds or even those new to the field, as extensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food items by hand following Chipotle’s quality standards.
- Operate at different stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety.
Requirements
- A friendly and enthusiastic demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Willingness to learn cooking and food preparation skills extensively.
- Minimum age of 16 years.
- Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of the workplace.
