Location

Situated on Saudi Arabia’s northwest coastline, AMAALA is noted for its rich natural diversity. Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA at Triple Bay will feature 220 guest rooms and suites, pool-equipped villas, plus 26 branded residential villas, all offering stunning views of the bay and sea. The property includes a serene luxury spa with a sculptured waterfall and an Organic Spa Garden focusing on sensory stimulation and therapies like halotherapy, cryotherapy, and advanced skin treatments.

The resort partners with fitness expert Harley Pasternak to integrate high-performance training across the expansive 741-acre landscape, perfect for canyoning, hiking, mountain biking, and equestrian activities. Guests also enjoy a 27-hole oceanfront golf course.

Role Overview

As a Core Agent, you will manage guest reservations and contribute to the hotel’s revenue management and booking operations. This role involves serving as a primary contact for guests by providing accurate information, ensuring efficient booking processes, and upholding Four Seasons’ professional standards. Attention to detail, effective communication, and a customer-focused approach are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming reservation requests via telephone, email, and system platforms.
  • Accurately create, adjust, and cancel bookings within the property management system.
  • Inform guests about room categories, pricing, availability, and hotel amenities.
  • Implement appropriate rate codes, promotional offers, and packages in line with policy.
  • Verify and maintain precise guest details and reservation data.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Revenue, and other departments as necessary.
  • Address guest inquiries professionally, adhering to service standards.
  • Support revenue targets through correct booking practices and upselling opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience preferred in Reservations, Call Center, or Front Office roles.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple reservations accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service capabilities.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
  • Professional telephone etiquette coupled with problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic mandatory.
