Coordinator Content Sourcing and Development

About the Role

This position, located in Abu Dhabi, requires a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in communications, marketing, journalism, media, public relations, English, visual communication, education, or a similar field. The candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience and be proficient in English.

Primary Responsibilities

The role involves managing the acquisition, structuring, and initial development of various types of content including print, digital, image, and video. Content will be sourced from academic, administrative, and operational departments. The Coordinator is responsible for translating departmental needs into clear content briefs, drafting initial copy, guiding design requirements, and preparing asset specifications. This preparation results in development-ready packages that will be reviewed and produced.

• Accurately completed content requests and briefing documents.
• Draft initial copy and content outlines suitable for further development.
• Specifications for print, digital, image, and video content formats.
• Documents for image selection and comprehensive media asset registers.
• Creation of storyboards, shot lists, and detailed content matrices.
• Verified and compiled source material packages.
• Detailed briefs ready for development including records of permissions, approvals, and ownership documentation.
